The Thought That Counts
Healing with the Mind
Hello family, I hope this post finds you well. If you’re in good health, amazing! However, the world can be a stressful place. If you feel that some aspect of your health is lacking or you’re not as vital as you used to be, this message is for you.
Most people are now aware that there are many physical and emotional factors in health and disease. You can readily find information about all kinds of things to consume or not, welcome or avoid, explore and release. There are dozens of approaches to both conventional and alternative medicine. The amount of information out there is truly staggering, and unfortunately, not all of it is true. It can at least be said that very little information out there is true for everyone.
So how can you guide your healing process without getting overwhelmed with all the things you could do, and instead focus on what is best to do? You guessed it, by thought. And I’m not talking about wishful thinking. I mean focused intention, the directed power of the mind that can break through even the most stubborn challenges.
You can heal by believing that your higher mind, the one that is tapped into the unified field of consciousness, has the answers you need in this moment. You can heal by believing that you are already whole at a fundamental level. You can heal by asking to be guided by your higher mind to the right therapy or modality for you. Your intrinsic ability to heal by the power of belief and thought deserves more credit, especially because it is completely free to access.
This is not hippie woo woo stuff. Look at the work of people like Dr. Joe Dispenza, who has taught tens of thousands of people to heal their bodies and emotions with the power of focus, intention, visualization, and meditation. Look at all the research on heart-brain coherence and how meditation is being used clinically for all kinds of health conditions. You have the power to heal yourself in profound ways.
Healing by thought is remembering that the mind is not trapped in the skull. It is a radiant field. When directed with love, that field reorganizes your tissues, energy, and spirit into their true design.
To heal by thought is to hold such a clear intention of wholeness that your body and spirit remember their original harmony.
Your ability to heal by thought is your capacity to direct consciousness in a focused way that shifts the informational field of your body. Since all matter is organized by information and energy, thought—when coherent—can restructure your body’s patterns toward balance. Coherent thought also leads you by synchronicity to exactly the right people and places that you need.
You may be hearing echoes of my previous posts on Intrinsic Data Field Analysis. In IDFA we analyze the informational field of the body, allowing us to pinpoint exactly what needs to be worked on for you to thrive. We then can balance your field remotely. For more logical minds, IDFA has the added benefit of having hard numbers attached to it, giving us a high degree of specificity.
Even if you don’t pursue something as in-depth as IDFA, there are many ways to use thought to heal yourself. Below you can access a very short audio meditation I recorded for you. It contains a little visualization to realign your field and change the way you view your challenges.
Before you listen, here’s a quiz for fun. What is the color of light I mention in the meditation? Relax and take a breath, then feel it. Now, listen.
Did you get it right? Or did your logical mind get in the way? This can be a valuable exercise in identifying your mental blocks that might be limiting your intuitive faculty. Practice relaxing into what your heart already knows to be true. Wholeness is your true nature, and healing is just a loving thought away. That’s the first step to healing yourself. For now, know that a miracle has happened. It’s only a matter of time now.
If you need anything at all - bodywork, herbs, IDFA, or just a good listening ear - I’m here for you. Don’t hesitate to reach out. We’re here to help each other.
Love, Jason
